All about Class Pass

What you may not know about me is that I’m a class junkie. If I’m not running, I prefer to be taking a class. When I first started running, I lived and breathed Les Mills style classes. Pool Running

Before I could do the AlterG, I started pool running. I have decided to keep doing it when I go out of town since I have the access to a pool and I get tired of doing the elliptical every day. The Doc thinks I’m Hilarious

I had my 6 (really 7) week check up on Thursday. Somehow these last few weeks have flown by. Even Dr.Hyman thought it had been several months (I wish) since the surgery. Doc asked how I felt, and I said “Ready to run! Can I go tomorrow?” I was obviously kidding…but I did want to push the limits and see what all I could do.  He laughed and reminded me that even though I look okay and feel pretty good, there is a lot of healing going on inside my body.
