Bayshore Marathon Week 25- RACE WEEK!

Time to back to track a little bit…but I wanted to make sure and share all the ends and outs of the trip to Traverse City and the final week before the marathon. NYCM Training Week 15

Monday: PLAN- 8 miles easy, 2 easy, 2 half marathon goal pace (7:25), 2 easy ACTUAL- 8 miles, 2 easy, 7:40, 7:32, 7:21, 7:28, 2 easy (8:10 pace) and PT  Not surprised they didn’t go as planned. A little more work travel, PT, and heat, hills and humidity this week! Monday: PLAN- 8 miles easy  ACTUAL- 8.10 miles at 8:41 avg pace, private pilates, PT Morning run with Jes! Hooray for step back weeks! My body definitely needed it, and Jess decided to just have me do all of my weekday runs at an easy pace. Another week of training complete! Thank you for your comments on the last post about me being hard on myself and the runs not going my way. Pool Running

Before I could do the AlterG, I started pool running. I have decided to keep doing it when I go out of town since I have the access to a pool and I get tired of doing the elliptical every day.
