MCM Training Week 6 & 7

I text Coach before this set of workouts was loaded and had to check if he remembered that I was running a marathon because it has felt easier than the past. Still playing catch up. Mid July included a trip to Chicago for work, which I loved because it meant seeing my running friends for a quick run.
