Three Things Thursday

1.  I told yall it would be a crazy week.  I can’t believe it is already Thursday!  Any free time that I would usually spend blogging has been spent working on my HTC video (I have been slowly working on my race recap though).  I seriously feel like a 3rd grader getting ready for the science fair.  I am so insanely type A that I want it to be perfect.  I have taken pics to document the process and can’t wait to share the process and the final video with yall!!

2.  I can’t tell you how excited I am for this weekend.  Why? Because I have nothing to do.  Yes, no races, no long runs.  Just an easy weekend.  I need it.  I guess to some 10 miles would be long, but I haven’t done anything less than 13.1 in over a month.  I had 2 hour massage last night and feel like a million bucks.  I think my body has been trying to tell me something and I am finally listening!  I will admit deep down I had a terrible fear that something was fractured but Will says I am fine.  Woohoo!

3.  5 pounds down!  Who would’ve thought that cutting out sweets and fried food would make THAT much of a difference.  I guess every little bit adds up.  I have also really been watching what I eat over the last 5-6 weeks and trying to eat at home more too.  I think that I will have sweets again but limit them to once a week.  I was apparently more out of control than I realized.
