My 7 Links

I was tagged by my high school friend and fellow runner Victoria for my 7 links…. So here we go….

The Goal:

To unite bloggers (from all sectors) in a joint endeavor to share lessons learned and create a bank of long but not forgotten blog posts that deserve to see the light of day again.

1) Blogger is nominated to take part

2) Blogger publishes his/her 7 links on his/her blog – 1 link for each category.

3) Blogger nominates up to 5 more bloggers to take part.

4) These bloggers publish their 7 links and nominate another 5 more bloggers

5) And so it goes on!

6) They’ll be sharing the best posts from participating bloggers on Trip Base and everyday on Facebook and Twitter at #My7Links.

This might be tough but here we go 🙂

Most Beautiful: Hands down, if we are talking about pictures, Big Sur Marathon.

Most Popular: Maybe its because of the title…but my post about my friend Kristin and her son Michael and the Jogging stroller has had the most views over time.

Most Controversial: Not sure if it is really controversial, but this post about my body image and a personal trainer got a lot of attention and heated comments.

Most Helpful: All about the ice bath.  Glad it helped all of you!!  Still gets views every week.

Surprise Success: I didn’t realize how important race recaps were..but apparently they are very helpful to those making decisions on which races to do.  Some of the more popular ones…Mardi Gras, First Light, Vegas, and GA Publix.

Not Enough Attention: This one was tough to pick.  I am choosing the one about my Uncle Jimmy because I think there is too much emphasis on how running hurts you (or your knees) and not enough on how it can help.

Most Proud: I think this post about why I really started running was my most candid to date.  And for that reason, it is my most proud.

There ya have it.  Hope you enjoy the flashback.  My turn to tag a few of you:
