I appreciate all of yalls advice on the injury. I will continue to keep up the PT, yoga, Pure Barre, chiro and massages and hope for the best. I’m starting to wonder if my PT just hates runners and thinks we are crazy and is continuing to find things wrong with my running form/legs/hips etc. Luckily, I think I am doing all of the right things.

I qualified after Mardi Gras last week and went ahead and applied, paid and I am in. I am only at level Neptune; which is 3 1/2 marathons in 90 days (technically I was 70 but it just has to be 90). My races were RNR Vegas, Mobile First Light, & RNR Mardi Gras. Depending on costs/schedule I may even make it to Uranus this year.
I feel like I have some decisions to make regarding training, races, etc. But that will be in an upcoming post….
Is anyone else a member of Half Fanatics? Or Marathon Maniacs?
