That is how I feel. Just trying to breathe and catch up with life. A few updates and then I am off to bed early. More later-but right now, all I want to do is sleep. My work trip was exhausting. Good-but exhausting. I never stepped foot outside of the hotel until we left to go to the airport. So much for being at the beach. The fundraiser for TNT was a HUGE success. 1. I am currently at the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, FL staying at a fabulous W hotel. Am I getting any sun or enjoying the weather you ask? Playing Dress Up

Well. 2 weeks ago I had my speed work and plan all laid out to push for a PR in New Orleans. And then that night after I had posted my plan I ran on the treadmill and it was a hotmess. Hotmess=IT Band pain=doctor=physical therapy=no running=not as happy Elizabeth. And here we are. I have never had a “bad” race. Sure, some not so great in 90 degree weather, but overall I have been pleased with every race I have run. No injury, no stomach issues, no clothing malfunctions, just straight...

Productive Weekends

It was so nice to have a productive weekend! Running, brunch with old friends, dinner out, sleeping in, a fundraiser and getting organized. Whew! I like it when I can get a lot done. Three Things Thursday

1. This past weekend I went shopping. I hadn’t bought a suit in a while and when I was trying them on and needed a LARGER size I was a little shocked.
